In this article, we address the problem of global sampled-data output feedback stabilization for a class nonlinear uncertain systems with delayed using continuous-discrete method. Thanks to prediction technique and domination method, novel coupled design method predictor-based observer linear controller is proposed when only accessible. The can effectively estimate unknown state by compensating influences sampling delay. main advantage control that full information accurate model nonlinearities do not need be known any more. exponential stability overall hybrid system ensured there hold some sufficient conditions respect maximum allowable period
